Families must be registered on Clipboard and have notifications active for their child’s sport throughout the season.

Food Van
Food Truck
A range of options and price points are available from the food truck on campus.
House Facilities
Self-Catering
Students may use their House facilities to prepare their own breakfast. All Houses have a toaster, sandwich press and microwave.
Preparatory students with early morning training are welcome to order food from the Preparatory Café.
Change of Sport
Changing Your Sport
GGS provides the opportunity for Senior students to change sport through the co-curricular website during a defined change window at the end of each season.
Students wishing to change outside of the published window need to meet with a member of the Sports team, as team numbers and competition entries are often set up to six months ahead. For Preparatory students, sport choices are made the term before the season starts.
All Year 5-6 students select their summer and winter sport each season.
Summer Sport Change Window
End of Term 2
Summer sport selections for Term 4 are confirmed at the end of Term 2. Changes outside this window require a conversation with the Sports team.
Winter Sport Change Window
End of Term 4
Winter sport selections for the following year are confirmed at the end of Term 4. Students selecting a new winter sport for the first time should contact the Sports Office early.

- Students are ambassadors for GGS Sport in every session, venue and interaction.
Weather & Cancellations
How Changes Are Communicated
Training sessions may be affected by wet weather, venue unavailability, competition requirements or operational decisions.
Where changes affect current students, families should rely on Clipboard and official school communications – not this website – for confirmation of what is happening.

All wet weather decisions are communicated through Clipboard as early as possible. Check your notification close to the session.
Venue Changes
Confirmed via Clipboard
Where a venue changes – whether due to maintenance, a clash or a competition requirement – families will be notified via Clipboard.
