- Where a family has withheld consent for their child’s image to appear in public-facing publications, that student will not be individually identified in photographs on this website.

- Student images are not used for commercial purposes, sold to third parties, or shared with external organisations without explicit consent.

This website is hosted on Kinsta’s managed WordPress platform, which provides enterprise-grade security infrastructure including SSL encryption, firewalls and regular security monitoring.

Student and family information used in sport administration is governed by the School’s broader data retention policies.

Access, Correction & Complaints

Image Consent
